These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Footlore website and the videos and other content published by Footlore on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and this website (together, the "Content"). Footlore is operated by an individual content creator based in Türkiye. By using the website or the Content, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site and Content

You may view and share the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes using the sharing features provided by each platform. You may not copy, re-upload, edit, sell or otherwise commercially exploit the Content without our written permission. Your use of each platform is also subject to that platform's own terms.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Footlore name, logo, scripts, narration, graphics and videos are owned by Footlore. Names, trademarks and images of clubs, leagues, competitions and players belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, commentary and editorial purposes.

3. Accuracy and corrections

Footlore stories are researched from published sources and checked before publication. However, football history is often reported differently by different sources, and the Content may contain errors or simplifications. The Content is provided for entertainment and general information only. If you spot a mistake, please email contact.footlore@gmail.com with the video link and a source, and we will review it and correct it where appropriate.

4. No affiliation

Footlore is an independent channel. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, competition organiser, player, YouTube, Instagram, Meta or TikTok.

The website and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Footlore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or the Content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The website links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
